Probably not. Frank does not have any money either - from what I hear. Good thing about Frank taking it back would be that he could do a new deal with a credible investor with real funding - then the network could make a comeback.
Honestly, I think the only way forward is to settle as many debts as needed to save face with the most important entities and then go BK. They are way too far in the hole now - IMHO.
