I mean we were doing so well and now we are back in the low two's againd. It is not a far throw back into the single digits again. I should have held onto my cash.

Then all they would have had to do was file for an extension...simple. I can understand with all the aquisitions why they might be late, but to just go silent doesn't make any sense.
