Call court house it was signed off on just hasn't been published yet. You can look on court web sight and see in by next week for your self if they don't put it out fast enough for you

Huh, where in the filing does it state that APT will let us know.

The Company anticipates that the Court will accept the new terms and will issue a new order (the “Settlement”) on August 18, 2014, modifying the prior Order in the matter between IronRidge and the Company.

How do you know this has not happened? Just because they haven't spent money on a PR to let you know something, doesn't mean it hasn't taken place.
