Did anyone hear anything about the HNIN shareholder meeting today?

Horne International, Inc. said Friday that, at its September 19th 2014 Special Shareholder’s Meeting, its shareholders voted to approve an amendment to the company's Articles of Incorporation to increase the number of authorized shares of Common Stock from eighty million to five billion shares. However, the shareholders voted not to adopt the 2014 Stock Option Plan.
