Hope you are right about these intere$ting "...connections here in regards to this Merger of American Bonanza and Kerr Mines. These are seperate co's below but I ( ALSO! ) think the DD is related in some manner as these properties surround Copperstone...."
At the AGM something should be revealed at 10 am to let us know if this is going to be positive or NEGATIVE for San Gold shareholders. San Gold is quickly running out of time and money; they cannot afford any further financial or gold production issues.
