Untrue. ASYI was one of the most transparent defunct shells. Their last filing and last actions with NVSOS clearly showed that the shell was being abandoned. The only ones that lied were the ones who were disseminating false stories to the public to try and spark the price per share.

Nothing will ever be filed. Down the road? ASYI is revoked and purged. No one attached to the dead shell gets into any trouble for anything because they did nothing wrong.

Clearly if they do not file something, it will show that they were defrauding share holders and the funny thing is they raise the "shares" and lied about some phoney company, and had no intentions of......??? Wonder how that would look down the road?
