GM you and I have been around these things long enough to know a winner when we see one. Let's take a look at the trading pattern of INCC over the last few weeks.
1 word to describe this: Churn.
We have tested the bottoms and no one is selling under the 70's range. We have a higher floor then before and are getting ready to test new highs with or without news.
The volume has been low and we have tested the strength of the current shareholders and time is showing that no one is selling.
Anticipation for upcoming news and current status is going to start a buying frenzy as the traders on the sideline are realizing they won't be getting anything cheap here and that INCC is ready for the next leg up.
