from previous experience it seems to me that they have a deal in the works!!! I E a new Direct Selling which will probably be closed deal just prior to the up listing. you don't have to do an LOI and of course Cantor fits Gerald is probably on a gag order just like everybody in the know that's just my gut feeling too and is probably a big direct selling company
