he had THC metaboloids in his system. it says nothing about him being under the influence of pot at the time of his death. In fact, he could have last had some a month ago and still show positive.
My guess is that if he were under the influence that day, he was a big boy; munchies would have been more the order of business than a box of Swisher Sweets on a store run.

actually they only said he had pot in his system. They didn't say he was under the influence of pot. Huge difference. Pot can stay in your system for over a month depending on how frequently you use.
