$BAA I have always said, dilution kills. and this is more dilution. Once it stops and R/S to reduce the Shares.. as long as no more dilution -- They will run hard look at $PEIX perfect example of a diluting company, they got the $$ to produce, and they R/S then stopped the dilution.. and has gone from $2 to $21 and could go higher.

In the opposite look at $FREE a diluting POS -- that continues to dilute... a proof of that is the 52 week high at 1/4 million YES $247,000 -

$FREE everytime they did an R/S to reduce the shares.. and stay in compliance they Diluted more each time...

To be honest no I do not see this one running hard soon. Look at the deal. This was a desperation act. Why would you give your gold away at $300 an ounce and then $350 an ounce if you feel the production in the mine is going to be there. They would of been better off diluting the current shareholder the old fashion way. Atleast at that point the shareholders and the company still own their production. Problem is they needed 12.5 million for interest payments and FAST!!!
