I think they must be using source material that includes the language in error to build their filings. Just blind copy-pasting. Certainly doesn't reflect well on their QC.
seen a stock that performed a R/S such an action now would kill liquidity. Heck they had an incredible SS and still R/S. Not good for note holders IMHO and considering BTZO plans to draw on a facility over the next few months it wouldn't be a very good idea.
I would think the existing note and proposed note holders wouldn't like that very much.
The increase in A/S is there to support the payment of debt only if the company is unable to pay it off in advance.
I am in hopes that the acquisitions will be accretive to the bottom line and produce revenues quickly.
They attain that big fashion idea and we all know it could be quite good.
