Sam owns approximately 90% of the outstanding shares here. He may be building and getting the company where he wants it before he drops the FWDG bomb on planet earth. His net worth in FWDG would go from approximately $20,000,000 as of today to close to a BILLION if he got the PPS to $1! Just $1!!! Every dollar of PPS is another BILLION to Sam! A few cents here and there added to the PPS at this stage mean nothing to the guy. Someone will end up being the Bill Gates of hemp.
