Am I right or wrong but to me that says these people control this company and if they convert the perferred they be losing some control depends on what they convert.I don't see that occuring yet.
The common holder is always the last on the pecking order that's with any public company.Look at the top compaines they got bond,perferred and then common no difference to me.
