Moron Meier filed late filing notice too early.

The due date for the filing was August 14, and the notice of late filing wasn't due until August 15, which would automatically extend the filing deadline to August 19.

The idiot at the helm of the TigerLynk filed the notice 14 days early, but the dates were really moot.

The HIMR filing isn't due now until August 19.

First they forget to renew the web domain, then they file the late filing notice two weeks early.

Really, really moronic.
