JJPhillips, with out a doubt you, Max, DDM (And where has this great voice of gone to?)Jotuk, Marexx, Longstrider and many others have all been to the matt and back defending, projecting and foretelling of a great end to this saga. You have been front and center, as have I, in contacting this company, speaking with various members of this BOD and reporting back what has been conveyed. When I revisit my conversations I can clearly see a picture emerging do you not?
How many times do we hear "that all will be well once information starts flowing?". This illustrious CEO, who is always scrambling for one reason or another as to lay claim to and scream why news has not been forth coming as promised preys on the decency and what he knows to be the real motivator of those invested in FLPC...the desire to make a buck...to hit the mother lode!
Believe me when I say, Don Nicholson absolutely knows what drives his stock and he fully understands his success is predicated upon his ability to keep at bay and under control the "TRUTH" and to manage only HIS version of the truth and that is exactly what he is doing.
However, what he is not prepared to do in the name of making a big pay day for himself is to commit all out penny stock suicide and start slinging any old claims; for he knows all to well the legal ramifications of such. This is a guy that a real committed attorney would love to have in the hot seat in front of him...he is the real essence of always keep it real for the best lie is the one that is smattered with the truth...and there in also lies the best possible defense when this all goes south!
