we cant even consider what they might object to since the company has not released an 8K with the terms of the lending.

is it convertible debt that will quickly take the OS count to the current limit of 200MM shares?

is it term based that is non toxic?

are there prepayment fees?

etc.

until the company acts/proves otherwise - this limited disclosure remains a red herring that should be viewed with extreme skepticism based on their past histories.
