While I dislike the over-militarizing of the police; I believe the police must be able to protect themselves.

I also dislike any regulation that requires the gov' to tell citizens what they can and cannot own or do; as criminals care not about law, and the black market will feed any need and get rich doing so, and all of it out our (We The People) expense.
