Except the report does not show failure to deliver for August 2014 because the first half of August won't show until end of August. There is a significant failure on MTVX--July numbers are proof. It is no coincidence that MM CDEL showed up at the last minute on Friday in an attempt to cover the entire short volume of 8/11. That volume was the exact amount that went on BID. FACT.
