Well Pumps and Dumps has listed STWA as pumping and dumping four times. The SEC has gone after them earlier and they have taken action against prior CEO's. I think the Bio of current and past management from that report is right on as none have had any oil experience unless you call filling up a gas tank as oil experience.
Plus the current CEO was a branch manager of a one branch bank -lol
