Great post, Looking. I hope you are right, because I agree that the appeals court decision last Friday was very important for all companies holding intellectual property. That is a reason why WDDD is a risky company to be invested in right now (which keeps the price right for buying). One person (a judge) can control the outcome for WDDD's only chance at generating revenue.
