In the OTC your better off assuming its a scam until it proves otherwise. My point is how has this proven itself to not be a scam? The argument to go visit them in Tempe is ludicrous. They can prove they aren't a scam if they aren't without people taking a trip to their office. How about audited financials? Why would I believe a pink sheet CEO if he were to tell me he isn't lying? A crook won't tell you he is a crook while ripping you off. They will act like your buddy while picking your pocket.
