Umm yes, most of the MJ stocks are indeed scams, or at the very least WAY overvalued even as of now, that's why they're all down 50-90%

And that is totally false, the SEC does not suspend based on a mere suspicion. Suspicion of MJ stocks was the reason for the warning given. If that were the case, ERBB and 99% of the other MJ stocks would already have been suspended
