There are countless scams out there that the SEC has not gotten to yet. They are probably overwhelmed. Just because a stock hasn't been suspended YET, certainly doesn't mean that it won't. Hell, PH0T seemed a lot more legit than ERBB. The SEC specifically issued a warning about MJ penny stocks, something not to be taken lightly
