Clue me in. I'm being 100% sincere. What else goes on in the shorting world and where can I find more information about it? I'm trying to think now who would benefit from Banro going bust. All I can think of is the people who would pick up their assets in the fire sale to pay off debtors.

Other than taking a short position, how can someone invest in such a way that they make money if BAA goes down? While BAA is technically a penny stock they aren't dealing with toxic financiers who can convert CPN's for more shares with a lower BAA PPS.

I'd love to know what I'm missing here.
