Pona is just HUGE...but then why should the FDA care how successful small biotech company are, it's all about safety. I just wonder how many CML ptns have died in the last 10 months due to the FDA's concerns about safety...Maybe the FDA can at least provide us with a body count.

why hasn't Ariad partnered Ponatinib for this indication in order to get this trial funded? It seems almost obscene that this potential cure for many patients with multiple types of lung cancer will not get it because of a lack of funding for the trial.
