And why exactly is the CDC granting funds for thr "Utah Controlled Substance Database"? Why doesn't Utah pay for it themselves? Evidently Utah residents themselves could care less about those "300."

Not that any of this is relevant to calmare, since Dr. Campbell effectively proved it not only has NO effect on pain, but it can't even be distinguished from a non-therapeutic sham.
