I've seen many other stocks that have much higher OS and less going for them at much higher share price. No reason why we can't have our day/week.

I'll keep this post in mind. Do you realize that's not how it works? If tarpon wants to convert they can at anytime of any week or any month. The only rule they have to follow is they can't own more than 10% at any given time.


What month it is has no bearing on when they convert next.
