#69245 RE: Emilez #69244

You mean he owns 7 million shares I guess.

I was just having a look at this. Solomon, Bor Hann and Paoy Teik only filed a form 3 (initial statement of ownership) back in 2011. They never filed a Form 4 (change in ownership)

You can see all the Form 3's here
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0001488419&type=3&dateb=&owner=include&count=40
And the Form 4's here
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0001488419&type=4&dateb=&owner=include&count=40
The SEC is down for maintenace now though.

But this was the "score" in 2011 based on the form 3's filed

Common B-shares
Solomon 13,500,000 4,900,000
Paoy Teik 4,500,000 1,750,000
Bor Hann 900,000 350,000
---------
Total 18,900,000 7,000,000

Like I said, there haven't been any Form-4's filed, except recently by Nisse and Dan.

But I don't know the rules. Perhaps they don't have to file Form-4's if they cancel or swap or give away stock.

Anyhow, this is the "score" based on the 10-K

Common B-shares
Solomon 12,500,000 ???
Paoy Teik - ???
Bor Hann - ???
---------
Total 12,500,000 7,000,000

I can't make sense of this although I do know they canceled some shares in the past. And I don't know why the 10-K says that Anthony Soh doesn't own any stock any more. His Form-3 says differently. Perhaps they swapped his shares for B-shares but I can only guess.

It would be good to get some clarity on this.
