Also, hypothetically speaking, if IDLM were ever to attract a potential buyer (don't know that Marcus would even consider selling) you would want PPS to be high as possible. In buyouts a premium is paid in most cases I have witnessed, but not too large of a premium. A company is not going to play $1 a share for a .10 stock. This is another incentive to be more open with investors, and hopefully increase the value of shares.
