Absolutely 2015 is BS. If your not in the game now, catching up is a Hail Mary. The issue I noticed immediately was the equipment they showed as "Operational" was unable to handle the material necessary to even break even. There is cost to moving material and what I observed is that even with working processes the material would need to be moved at least three times before it made it off the yard. Bottom line, if you don't have the financials to remediate currently, which it is obvious they do not currently have, it is almost impossible to improve processes to be economically viable with more stringent regulations. My assessment is if you can't make money now your done. It only becomes more difficult.
