Back in 2010 people kept asking me "what are you smoking" when I said PCIO would break a penny and someday would bust a nickle. Now the question is "what are they smoking"? Because if it is anything other than cannabis, that nicotine will most likely take their life and in hindsight not have made living with a permanent disability one bit better a quality of life.
