What's your point? I don't care who increased the AS, it was filed with the SOS and now it's final. HESG's TA reports the official share structure and anyone wishing to talk to them should give them a call to get an accurate accounting. And btw, the AS increase was done YEARS ago, Why the concern now? Contact the Financial Fraud Enforcement Task Force if you wish, however that could result in the ticker being suspended, halted, or revoked. Then no one cares what the SS is/was. But give it a shot, you'll never know if you don't try. Good luck!
