Mr. Dale Borland has been Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Clipstream(R) Business at Destiny Media Technologies Inc. since August 2014. Mr. Borland serves as Chief Operating officer of United Media Partners Inc. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Marqui Inc. Mr. Borland joined Marqui in January 2006 as Vice President of Services, Information Technology and Operations. He was a Business Consultant and sophisticated investor. He also worked for 25 years at Microsoft Corp., where he served as Head of IT for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. From 2010 to 2012, Mr. Borland served as Chief Operating Officer at Wantsa Media Inc., an online transaction solution for digital media and social content, focused on OEM licensing for clients such as Yahoo, AT&T, and Chicago Times Media Group. In addition, Mr. Borland served as Chief Revenue and Marketing Officer of Colligo Networks and Technical Director at Bytech Limited. He joined Microsoft Corp. in 1989. Mr. Borland joined the Microsoft's UK Executive Board of Directors in 1994 as Director of their OEM Division and Director of Microsoft's Consumer Division in 1996. From there, he was responsible for IT Services and Operations across EMEA. Mr. Borland was pivotal in driving his team's productivity to the competitive advantage of Microsoft's business divisions across the region. He moved to Vancouver in 2001 to manage Microsoft's Enterprise Service and Partner business in Canada. Prior to Microsoft, he served as a Founder Member of a Value-Add Reseller business in the UK. He is a strong business professional with an extensive global background and "on the ground" experience in successfully re-shaping and managing Information Technology and business operations. He was involved in start-up ventures, medium sized VAR and distribution businesses as well as a lengthy tenure at Microsoft Corp., where he served various senior and executive positions in operations, product development and sales & marketing across UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa regions. He started another technology consulting company before being lured to Microsoft. Mr. Borland serves as a Director of Marqui Inc. Mr. Borland has a Degree in Electronic Engineering and Marketing.
