SO WHAT? it might be a horrid miscarriage of justice, but we don't get to rewrite the rules as we see fit. The fact is the SS as reported by the TA is the OFFICIAL share structure and will continue to be until it's OFFICIALLY amended.
No shareholder can simply wave a magic wand and make it go away.
