I cut that last post off.Yes I did get a responce from Gillian skipper of the lost craft (Maza).

He says we just have to wait regarding Abbvie cause no one knows for sure the deal goes through until its final.

He did not answer the important question? Does the wording of said license/contract to VPHM cover SHPG if they are aquired by Abbvie.

Other words to me I would have worded the license/contract if VPHM was aquired the agreement would be transferable but if the aquirer SHPG was aquired it would not and ILNS would be due addidional licnes fees plus all milestones and royalties.Now that's just me and I think its rightfully so!
