I agree that at the core it is the inability to raise capital. In my opinion that is primarily due to the lack of foundation that Sarissa is built on. Over time the foundation of the Company has eroded and only a shell of it s former self exists at this juncture.
From what I have ascertained this had been a seven year journey. There have been glimpses of the good times however it has not turned the corner and seems farther away than ever.
The efforts that you have undertaken over the past couple of weeks hopefully will lead to an opportunity to turn that corner. While I am hopeful I must admit it is in my opinion a long shot.
