I forgot about the MERGER !!!

Aah, the land of KMAGinary secret merger partners. No doubt FINRA would grant KMAG a special exemption to their regulatory notice 10-38? Else FINRA would have to block any corporate action request.

Fur shur CEO Jeffy would want to keep it a big secret as to who was buying KMAG. One wouldn't want shareholders calling up the TA, asking when the TA submitted the TA verification form to FINRA. Only to find out the TA knows nothing about it. That would be embarrassing. Or maybe there is a secret FINRA exemption granted requiring no TA form? Then the TA just wings it on the subsequent secret stock issuance? All these market firsts for the KMAG stock.
