PHOT will never uplist

Will remain on the grey sheets until possibly going belly-up, since they lose so much money and won't have the access to dump shares for cash like they used to have.

This has been my beliefs especially after reading the entire SEC complaint PDF more than twice. The report does not charge any entity but the 5 people who were responsible. At their peak these manipulators controlled 17MM shares of phot during a time trade volume was at 191MM so you all can draw your own conclusions.
