Cornering (the market) - purchasing enough of a particular stock, commodity, or other asset to gain control of the supply and be able to set the price for it.

I believe this is going on with CAPC, and will continue to believe that until proven wrong.

Just curios if you know the outcome of that lawsuit? Was it a settlement or did they go to court?
