I assume that is what was provided however there isnt anything shown to specifically provide what was actually done. All we do know is that AP is NOT walking out with the physical certificates and his summary judgement has been cancelled. Could be a settlement or it could be something else going on. Either way as of yesterday 1 billion more shares exist and that makes the OS at 2.6 billion shares which is more than currently Authorized at the SOS of Nevada.
