I do not think that was a generally seen PR. It was a filing, not a PR. I would think many are not even aware of it yet. Who knows, they may release news of same to system soon? Filing does not have same impact as news releases

One day this company will make a profit, and return share holder value........MAYBE, that's the rub, you still have to build a brand and sales.

Not for the next 3-4 years however until they fix the mess they made over the past 4 years.

Holding onto OTC shares that long is absolute suicide.
