no unless Megas updates w/ DTC investment firms will not know...they go off what DTC tells them and since these firms are highly regulated by the SEC they will stick to that...its Megas who has not informed DTC of the name/cusip change once DTC knows they put it in their database and all firms go off that. Megas is to blame here...not the DTC, SEC or investment firms..if the SEC would have continued to let us trade after finding out about the fake shares they would have done us an injustice, bottom line is the guys who photocopied shares and submitted them are to blame along with Megas. DTC and SEC are doing their jobs...Megas should have filed for the past several years and he is dragging his feet again leaving everyone in the dark.
