It may or may not be a loss. Ungs just cleared all debt and has a plan in place to move forward...though if they spend a ton of money and fail miserably to show any profit in the 4th quarter...wayne might as well kill himself...and if his track record holds true...He will dilute like crazy to pay for this venture...then reverse split...because he is worthless.
