NOPE. Read the links, the FDA site and the VERY recent court decision. It does not get any clearer. I posted links to multiple, highly credible articles/sources. Unless there is a counter source of credible information to those- then they are "drugs" according to the FDA. It's well documented and now been tested in a court of appeal- and the FDA prevailed.
