Don't matter, Russ has the whole issued and outstanding in preferred shares. The 51 A Preferred share conversion equals the issued and outstanding common shares. Vote doesn't really matter.

That's why I'm raising the issue. Every body in their right mind should vote NO to the R/S.....

and perhaps, YES to the Nevada Domicility.

* R/S is more palatable if it's 5:1 or maybe even 10:1 NOT 40:1 !!
