The English language is so complicated. Can you dumb it down for someone like me? The claim that MSI would be receiving $3 or $4 million per year for 2015-2017 regardless of whether there was production or not, is it true? It was touted repeatedly here by rustydog and even bigtheo if memory serves correctly and appeared in the filings until a quarter or two ago. This, imo, provided a base of support in the .08 - .10 range. Is this real or should it have not been included in the reports?
