My son ordered one of those Billy Bass gag gifts for my husband . They were backordered by MONTHS. When they finally got production caught up they contacted us by mail and asked us if we still wanted it. They provided us with a post card that we checked off yes or no. Of course they probably had many thousands so it was probably easier for them to handle it that way rather than contact by phone. SH
