assume nothing..i called him and asked directly about the delays and he relayed to me that its been a nightmare with the 2012 audit the previous firm had shady practices and it takes time to fix these things..perhaps the problems did not arise until the time period you mentioned therefore delaying future filings until the past is corrected..meanwhile bringing in a new firm has a list of requirements for eco-tek to follow to ensure future accuracy and transparency? i asked about sales i asked about the business model mentioned in the PR's and all is still on point with original assertions..i was told this stock is not a short term play and from day one it was a project that would be fixed throughout a two year process. is this not reassurance?
