Great synopsis. LBSR has had some difficulties out of their control,
and maybe a mistake or two. But, the checklist has been put into
place for Hay Mountain to become a huge success, and once we have
some incoming cashflow, the other properties can come into the fray
as well.

Thanks for your input - I am always lurking out here - just don't
post as much anymore as I am now just patiently waiting for the JV.
