problem is, that's only for 1 Scottrade customer, We need a mandatory Scottrade delivery of Certs for all BCIT Scottrade share holders.

Ameritrade was also compelled, And what happened? They just delivered the Cert to that particular customer, We need a global action.

Why is it FINRA finds on behalf of some people who've filed and for the same issue on others, sides with the brokerages? When all claims are asking for the same outcome? Do you know if this person who won against SCOTTRADE had to elevate his case to the next level up in FINRA, or if his award came from his first filing with FINRA for justice?
